This policy explains what information [Company] collects when you use the Service and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, name and a hashed password.
- Link analytics: when someone opens a tracked link we record the time, the link, the country (from our CDN), device type and browser family derived from the user-agent, and a one-way hashed IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses in analytics.
- Access passes: a short-lived random token bound to a hash of the viewer’s IP and browser, deleted after expiry.
- Copyright reports: the details you submit in a DMCA notice.
- Cookies: a session cookie for logged-in users and a short-lived functional cookie on the link forwarder. No advertising cookies are set by the dashboard.
How we use it
- To provide and secure the Service (e.g. preventing link sharing abuse and bots).
- To show you statistics about your own links.
- To process copyright notices and legal requests.
- To communicate with you about your account.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, CDN, email), or when required by law.
Retention
Passes expire within an hour (by default) and are purged within days. Analytics are kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Your rights

Watch pages may display videos from third-party hosts and advertising; those parties have their own privacy policies.
